Wheat Starch Aytex P®

Due to a shortage in wheat starch Polistini is not able to sell 2.5lb and 5lb bags. The maximum amount which can be ordered at the moment is 1lb.

Wheat Starch Aytex P is a highly refined, unmodified food grade wheat starch.
It gelatinizes at a low cooking temperature and forms a paste with very smooth texture.

Use in conservation: book conservation, bookbinding, small repairs.
