Credit Cards: We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Check: We accept checks in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank, payable to Polistini.
Please note: If you would like to pay with check, we need to receive payment before we can ship out your order, or you need to establish an account with us.

Wire transfers: Please request bank details

Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to process and ship your orders within two days. Please let us know if you need expedited processing!

Shipping Charges
We will use FEDEX Ground for most of our shipping unless you tell us otherwise. Please let us know if you want us to use USPS which can be less expensive.

RETURNS
All requests for returns are evaluated on an individual bases. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be required in addition to the freight costs both ways. All cut merchandise such as fabric is non-refundable.

DAMAGE and CLAIMS
Polistini is not responsible for damages during shipment. Every effort is made to pack your order appropriately. Any visible damage should be noted when the package is signed for with the carrier. Notify the carrier of any internal damage, request and inspection report and inform us. Shortages or discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 73 hours of receipt of goods.
